Excellent 5 day break. Fell in love with Sardenia and back next year but not this area or hotel

Breakfast and dinner good.

No red wine at the bar- wanted to pay and buy a bottle from the restaurant but was unable to until dinner opened! Not great water- used to drive to other bays where the water was like the Caribbean. Too remote- nothing around to walk to

What a fun place to stay in Sardinia

The staff are amazing - do so much to make your stay enjoyable Breakfast and dinner were included and were surprisingly good (we don't normally do inclusive) wine included in dinner was also very good - we were so lucky to be there on the 15th of August for the public holiday Ferragusto - at Breakfast it was announced dinner would be later as they prepared for the feast - Oh what a treat to be there on this date - the decorations, the ceremony the pride the chefs/waiters took in the meal was something I will always remember . It is remote so you do need a car. Lovely to have beach on site and don't have to pay for a beach club. Big shout out to Ludovica in the bar (sorry if spelling is incorrect) she was amazing and also the head waiter (sorry don't remember his name) the staff really do make this place special.

There was a very unpleasant older Italian man staying who continually complained and yelled at the beautiful staff at every single meal for no reason - I think he wanted to be served (it is buffet style !!!) - I hope you do not let him book there again as it was very off putting to guests. He even yelled at one poor couple for sitting in the seat he wanted.

Relaxing, quiet environment, delicious food, attentive staff!

Clean and comfortable rooms, stunning pool, access to the beach, staff were absolutely amazing. Great selection of food on offer.

The location isn’t easily accessible by public transport, which was also very infrequent during our stay (May) but would be fine if you had a car!

Ok hotel but quite far away from everything

The hotel in itself is quite ok, rooms are clean, spacious and the common areas are nice and comfy. The beach is ok ish and also the pool. Food was medium quality, some days better than others but overall cannot complain.

The staff was nice overall but had the feeling they were all new and not experienced at all, not being able to answer basic questions. One morning we asked for packet breakfast and got a packet with biscuits and jam (but no cutlery…) and a bottle of water. No fruit, not even a cornetto…felt like they had forgotten and just put in the bag the first thing they found. Animation also was quite low quality in my opinion, even though they tried it was not enough. Live music every night and quite nice but always the same songs… Overall I don’t think we will come back.

Lovely location, terrible food.

The staff are excellent. Especially Julia, Samantha, and Fabiio. The rooms are basic but comfortable. The location is remote, but ideal if seeking peace and quiet, away from tourist packed beaches. The private beach is great, and beaches nearby are fantastic and practically deserted with nice beach bars serving great food.. The pool is big and clean.

You're unable to charge anything to your room. Standard for a four star hotel. As is being able to order food and beverages throughout the day. What is definitely not four star is the food. Would barely give it three stars. Think hospital or school canteen food. It's such a shame given that Italy is famous for amazing dishes. The pizza and pasta are dreadful. Why not offer a la carte as well as the buffet? Allow people to eat when they want to, paying extra for quality food. Then there is the coffee at breakfast. The machine looked dated in the 90s. Spits out something resembling coffee but truly horrible. I'm surprised that the mainly Italian guests weren't in uproar. Italy is famed for coffee and makes some of the best coffee machines in the world. Unforgiveable. The juice machine is a relic from the 80s. The highly concentrated drinks dispersed are terrible. The wine...wow! It's undrinkable...Again, Italy has fantastic wine! Give guests the option to buy a decent bottle. The food and beverages, only served at specific times, inability to order anything throughout the day and charge it to your room, and lack of onsite restaurant serving quality Italian food, makes this hotel a 3 star. It's such a shame, as could be something truly special given the location. If you're looking to switch off and relax, enjoying quiet, beautiful beaches, this is the place for you. As long as you don't mind horrible coffee and dreadful food.

Overall it was a very relaxing stay, in spite of little shortcomings.

Meals, all in buffet style, were good and variable in content. Hotel location near the beach was very nice. Staff in the restaurants and kitchen, also at the reception, the beach and the pool, were incredibly kind and friendly.

The interior dining room was rather airless and cramped, and often most entry/exit doors were locked. Not enough tables available for having breakfast outside. Beach towel exchange only every 4 days! We had to beg for fresh ones after 2 days. I picked up a skin infection (folliculitis) after the first day, probably because the beach towels are not washed at a high enough temperature (an issue at other hotels I have stayed in, but at least daily exchange of beach towels was possible). The large kettle/cup unit in the bedroom had to be carried into the bathroom, which had the only socket into which the unit could be plugged!

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The Staff was very friendly. They askes us, if we want a travel bag (breakfast) for our early departure (before breakfast). First Hotel that ever asked me that. The Hotel is directly at the Beach with provided seats and "Sunbrella". There was no need for seat reservations. There was always a place.

The Entertainmentprogramm goes till midnight and is way too loud. Its hard to sleep with Bass that makes your body shake.

Nice stay!

Great little beach in a super picturesque setting! Nice beach chairs & pool. The room is very functional with all amenities & the AC works very well! The breakfast & lunch buffets have a variety of options, most of which are actually quite good (except the coffee that is too sugary & comes out of a sort vending machine). In the evening you can tap a ‘pitcher’ of wine that is reasonably good (we only tried white).

Lovely location and excellent all-round value

If you have a car, the location is superb. It's quite a long way from the nearest village/town and for us that was a positive. The sea and the beach are wonderfully clean and the sea is shallow, but deep enough to swim in, for some way out. There are other lovely beaches nearby, but we tended to prefer the hotel beach. No problems with pebbles or rocks (or sea urchins) which you find on some other Sardinian beaches. On the other hand, this might not be the place to choose if you are keen on snorkelling. Sun beds and umbrellas nice and included in the price. The food was fine and there was plenty of choice. We thought the idea of a kind of buffet (but with plenty of staff nearby to help and to take away dirty crockery) was a great idea. We particularly appreciated the fact that drinks - water and wine -were included. We also appreciated the "show cooking" which was a chef making cooked food almost to order - fish, meat and vegetables.

Dinners were perfect, stuff was really welcoming and friendly. Very good value/money. The hotel is calm and peaceful.

Quite a good stay

The location is amazing. It's really quiet and the beach is huge. The food was great and mostly Italian so you can enjoy everything not leaving the hotel. The stuff was really helpful and nice. There is a bus station 15 minutes away from the hotel in case you don't want to pay extra for taxi.

The cleaning was 3/10. They didn't change our bed sheets even once during the 10-days stay. And there still were lots of hair and dust after moping the floor. They didn't check our shampoo and gel, so we didn't have enough for the last day.
